All Families MatterThe Nov. 13 special "Giving" philanthropy section of the New York Times had an extraordinary full-page ad placed by Funders for Lesbian & Gay Issues titled "All Families Matter." The ad highlights facts and challenges faced by LGBT families. It also notes that only one-tenth of one percent of foundation dollars goes to support the LGBT community. The ad was sponsored by the Arcus Foundation.
