Alan J. Bernstein is president of Harper Management, a residential property management company. He is a trustee of the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association and is a Planning Commissioner for the City of West Hollywood. He currently chairs the board of the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of the Family Equality Council. He is a Trustee of Congregation Kol Ami, West Hollywood’s Reform Jewish Congregation. Alan graduated from Duke University with a degree in Public Policy. He lives in West Hollywood where he is raising his three children: Isaac, Natalie and Naomi.
