Kathy Plate was previously at the Alliance for Justice, where she worked as the online communications manager, promoting access to justice, advocating for federal judicial nominees, including now-Supreme Court Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, and a wide range of progressive policies. A Colorado State University graduate, she was an active organizer on campus and worked in the Office of Women’s Programs and Studies.
